At Ink & Toner Detail, we strive to provide quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

Returns

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging.
  • The product is in a resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, security, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened ink cartridges
  • Opened toner cartridges
  • Products damaged through misuse
  • Special-order items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
